Both words contain the word "spirit", though spirituality is not spiritism. Spiritism is actually a system of beliefs in accordance with the works of Hypolite Leon Denizard Rivail who used the name Allan Kardec. These works reported seances he pointed as caused by incorporeal intelligence or spirits. In spirituality our company is not coping with seances or communication with spirits.

Spirituality is not really spiritualism. Spiritualism will be the system of beliefs and opinions regarding the dead talking with the living through mediums. Spirituality is approximately the living greater than regarding the dead. Spirituality is not really the technique of talking with the dead.

Spirituality is not really supernaturalism which is the system of belief in beings preferable over people including angels and God. In spirituality our company is dealing more with people as opposed to with beings above them. Spirituality may be appropriate for atheism, the belief that there is not any God.

Spirituality is not linked to witchcraft even if this practice involves using spiritual powers, purposely to harm others for one's own benefit.

Spirituality has nothing to do with Satanism, although Satan is a spirit. The work of spirituality is not really to propagate or combat Satanism. It does not deny his existence, but it does not deal principally with how to deal with his works.

Spirituality is not really linked to the art or practice of exorcism, the expulsion of Satan or his demons coming from a person.

Nor is spirituality related even remotely to magic or sorcery, the technique of manipulating the consciousness to have a desired objective.
